LIMOUSINE RENTAL IS MADE BY CLIENT WITH FULL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
50% Deposit required to book reservation (reservation can not be held without a deposit). Full payment plus driver tip due 7-days prior to scheduled trip. Only the driver tip will be refundable within 7 days of scheduled trip. If booking within 7-days of trip, full payment is due to hold reservation.
1/2 Deposit is only refundable if cancelled thirty (30) days prior to trip date or 1/2 Deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-book the limo for the trip cancelled if after thirty (30) days prior to trip. We will make a best faith effort to re-book for cancelled date and time at the same rate. If we are able to, we will refund the full deposit.
Any deposit not considered refundable will be credited to customer's account as a credit for a future rental.
We are not responsible for changes made to a date in which we are already booked.
We will try our best to accommodate any changes made unforeseen by customer at no additional charge.
Drivers who’s tips are forgotten will be billed at 20% of the final fee unless the driver was less than satisfactory in their performance.
Additional hours not billed at our hourly rate will be billed at 20% of the hourly rate as a driver tip for the drivers staying later than expected, unless driver was tipped directly (example; the limo was kept for two hours beyond our agreement and the driver was not compensated for the extra time, we will bill at 20% of the $200 hourly rate totaling $80 for the driver instead of an extra $400 for the company). All we ask is for our clients to take care of our drivers when they go above and beyond.
Damages to our limos or additional clean up fees will be billed to the credit card on file.
While we will make a best faith effort to return items left in our limos, the company nor drivers are responsible for said items.

Hourly Rate
Our standard hourly rate is $200 per hour, with a 20% gratuity added for the driver. We have a minimum rental requirement of 3 hours, except for Friday and Saturday nights, where a 4-hour minimum applies. Please note that prices may vary during peak seasons such as prom, ACL, and SXSW, where additional charges may apply.
Weekday Specials (Monday - Thursday)
Please take advantage of our weekday specials, available from 10 am to 4 pm and 6 pm to 12 am. Day rentals cost $800 (up to 6 hours included), while night rentals are priced at $900 (up to 6 hours included). A 20% gratuity is added for the driver and up to 100 travel miles are included ($1.50 per additional mile). Extra time after midnight is at the driver's discretion, with a suggested tip of $100 per additional hour.
Weekend Specials (Friday - Sunday)
Our day and night rental rates are slightly higher on weekends to accommodate increased demand. Day rentals are priced at $850 (up to 6 hours included), while night rentals cost $1,000 (up to 6 hours included). As with our weekday specials, a 20% gratuity is added for the driver and up to 100 travel miles are included ($1.50 per additional mile). Extra time after midnight is at the driver's discretion, with a suggested tip of $100 per additional hour.
Deposit, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
When booking a limousine rental with Vista Limo, please note our deposit, cancellation, and refund policy. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with full payment plus driver tip due seven days before the scheduled trip. Deposits are refundable if cancelled 30 days before the trip date or if we can re-book the limo for the cancelled trip. However, deposits made within seven days of the trip are non-refundable.
