TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LIMOUSINE RENTAL IS MADE BY CLIENT WITH FULL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • 50% Deposit required to book reservation (reservation can not be held without a deposit). Full payment plus driver tip due 7-days prior to scheduled trip. Only the driver tip will be refundable within 7 days of scheduled trip. If booking within 7-days of trip, full payment is due to hold reservation.

  • 1/2 Deposit is only refundable if cancelled thirty (30) days prior to trip date or 1/2 Deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-book the limo for the trip cancelled if after thirty (30) days prior to trip. We will make a best faith effort to re-book for cancelled date and time at the same rate. If we are able to, we will refund the full deposit.

  • Any deposit not considered refundable will be credited to customer's account as a credit for a future rental.

  • We are not responsible for changes made to a date in which we are already booked.

  • We will try our best to accommodate any changes made unforeseen by customer at no additional charge.

  • Deposit must be made by credit card or Debit Visa/Master Card with card remaining on file.

  • Drivers who’s tips are forgotten will be billed at 20% of the final fee to the credit card on file unless the driver was less than satisfactory in their performance.

  • Additional hours not billed at our hourly rate will be billed at 20% of the hourly rate as a driver tip for the drivers staying later than expected, unless driver was tipped directly (example; the limo was kept for two hours beyond our agreement and the driver was not compensated for the extra time, we will bill at 20% of the $200 hourly rate totaling $80 for the driver instead of an extra $400 for the company). All we ask is for our clients to take care of our drivers when they go above and beyond.

  • Damages to our limos or additional clean up fees will be billed to the credit card on file.

  • While we will make a best faith effort to return items left in our limos, the company nor drivers are responsible for said items.
